Summary: My journey as an artist led me from Central Appalachia to New York City, Edinburgh and Cape Town seeking space for my complex identity. I never imagined my audiences were graciously holding space for me to claim my empowered self. The last 12 years of my work includes collaborations that make space for others to do the same. The future looks like community healing and collaboration.
